Register masuk Kapas Marang International Swimathon 2012

Pendaftaran Online telah dibuka, Alhamdulillah baru selesai register nama secara online untuk Kapas Marang International Swimathon 2012. Di bawah ini ialah contoh online register reply dari TriathlonMalaysia Admin.

Race Information

Kapas - Marang International Swimathon 2012

Date : 29 April 2012, Sunday
Time : 7:30am
Start : Kapas Island
Finish : Pantai Peranginan Kelulut
Distance : 6.5km open sea swim
Closing date : 13 April 2012 midnight

Registration Fee - RM90.00
All participants are required to register their names online. No 'on the spot' entry will be entertained.

Entry fee shall be paid in cash (RM) during registration at Marang Jetty on 28 April 2012 (Sat) between 10.00am - 2.00pm.

Upon registration at the Marang Jetty, participants will receive the following items:
1. One-way boat transfer from Marang Jetty to Kapas Island for 28 April 2012
2. Dinner coupon for 28 April 2012
3. Breakfast coupon for 29 April 2012
4. Luggage bag tag (2 pcs)
5. Swim cap

Note:
All finishers will receive a finisher T-shirt, finisher medal and certificate of participation at the finishing area.
T-shirts sizes are limited. Therefore, distribution will be carried out on first come first serve basis.

Registration & Race Pack Collection
Date : 28 April 2012, Sat
Time : 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Venue : Marang Jetty, Terengganu

Registration counter will be closed at 2.00pm. For those participants who will be arriving later or earlier than the time stated above, shall contact the organiser to collect your race pack at Kapas Island on 28 April 2012 after 3.00pm. All participants are required to sign an Indemnity Form and hand over to race officials upon registration.

Boat Transfer
Date : 28 April 2012, Sat Time : 10.30am – 2.30pm
Boat transfer (1-way) from Marang Jetty to Kapas Island is inclusive in the race pack for all participants. Participants are required to present the boat transfer coupon to the boat operator upon boarding.
All supporters are required to purchase the boat transfer coupon at coupon counter at Marang Jetty. The price is RM20.00 per way per person.

Race Briefing
Date : 28 April 2012, Sat Time : 5.30pm
Race briefing will be conducted by Race Director at 5.30pm on 28 April 2012 at Foyer area at Kapas Island Resort. All participants are required to attend the briefing.

Dinner
Date : 28 April 2012, Sat Time : 6.30pm - 7.20pm (1st Group) 7.30pm - 8.20pm (2nd Group)
To There will be two (2) dinner sessions. First group will start at 6.30pm to 7.20pm. Second group will be at 7.30pm to 8.20pm. Participants are required to present the dinner coupon upon entering the dinner area. No coupon, no dinner. Supporters are required to purchase dinner coupon during the registration at Marang Jetty at RM25.00 per person.

Breakfast
Date : 29 April 2012, Sun Time : 5.30am
Breakfast will be served from 5.30am to 7.00am for those who are staying at Kapas Island. Participants are required to present the breakfast coupon upon entering the breakfast area. No coupon, no breakfast. Supporters are required to purchase breakfast coupon during the registration at Marang Jetty at RM10.00 per person.

Body Marking & Reporting
Date : 29 April 2012, Sun Time : 6.15am
All participants are required to get their body marked and report to the race officials in the morning before race starts. Body marking will start at 6.15am – 7.00am, Kapas Island Resort.

Race Start and Cut-off Time
All participants are required to assemble at the beach in front of Kapas Island Resort by 7.15am. Race flag off at 7.30am sharp.

Cut-off time is 11.30am sharp. For those participants who are still in the water after the cut-off time, the safety officials will take them out of the water due to safety measure. Please cooperate with the safety crew.

Safety Boat/Kayak
There will be safety officials along the entire 6.5km course to ensure safety of all the participants.

The safety kayaks will provide drinking water for participant who needs drink. Participants are required to raise their hand.

**Did Not Finish**
Participants who give up or did not finish the race MUST to report to any of the Race Secretariat at the finishing line.

Bag Drop-off/Pick-up
All participants who wish to get their bags transferred to the finishing area will have to place their bags near the entrance of the jetty of Kapas Island Resort. Each bag has to be tagged with the luggage bag number tag given in the race pack. One of the number tags will have to be kept by the participants themselves and to be presented to the guard upon collecting the bag at the bag pick-up room near the finishing area.

Note : Bag number tag is not the same as your race number.

Shower Facilities
Shower facilities are available near the finishing area at Pantai Peranginan Kelulut.

Prize Presentation Ceremony
Prize presentation ceremony will be held at Pantai Peranginan Kelulut, Marang at 12.30pm.

Top 10 results will be displayed at the finishing area. Only top 3 winners will receive their prizes on the stage. The rest of the winners will have to collect their prizes at the Prize Counter located near the secretariat tent.

Lunch
Lunch will be served near the finishing area after prize presentation ceremony.

Note :
** For those who are staying at Marang, you are required to inform the organiser at the registration counter. Race briefing will be conducted at 2.00pm on Sat (28 April 2012). Boat transfer will be provided on Sunday (28 April 2012) 6.30am. Please assemble at the jetty by 6.15am.

For those who are staying at Gem Island Resort & Spa, all boat transfer will have to be arrange with Gem Island. The Organizer will only provide boat transfer (1-way) from Marang Jetty to Kapas Island Resort.
